The Klink 'n' Dink method has become a fast favourite nymphing method using a buoyant dry fly on top and suspending a weighted nymph below, allowing the angler to fish both the surface layer and lower layer of the water. The klink and dink patterns are specifically designed with this method in mind, with the additional ring on the curve of the hook to suspend the nymph and to avoid problems when unhooking the fish.
